If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, used hair pieces and opened cosmetics cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and submit a return request to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
